Why Anodyne
Built by people who've lived the rip-and-replace
We've spent years on the other side of system projects: implementing ERPs, cleaning up after them, and watching good teams route around new software with spreadsheets before it ever went live.
The software was rarely the problem. The approach was. Every project asked a business to rip out what worked, retrain everyone and trust a system that hadn't proven anything, all on the same day.
So we built Anodyne the other way round. It starts on the systems you already run. It proves every workflow on your own history. And it replaces the old systems only when you're ready, one at a time.
What we believe
Keep what works.
Nothing migrates on day one.
Fit how people work.
Teams adopt one process at a time.
Prove it first.
Nothing ships until it matches your history.
Earn the switch.
Replace each system only when it's ready, or keep it.

Frequently asked questions
What is Anodyne?
An operations platform. It connects to the systems you already run, proves each workflow on your own history, and replaces the old systems when you're ready.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. Anodyne works on top of it for as long as you want. Replacing it is your choice, at any time or never.
How long until we see something?
Within weeks. We start with one process, read-only.
What does "proven on your history" mean?
Before a workflow goes live, Anodyne runs your past records through it. If the result doesn't match what actually happened, it doesn't go live, and you see which records differed and why.
Will Anodyne change data in our systems?
Not until you say so. Anodyne starts read-only, and you switch writes on one system at a time.
Does Anodyne use AI?
Where it helps most, like reading emails, PDFs and handwritten sheets, or drafting replies. AI is off until you turn it on, works inside fixed rules, and people approve what's unusual.
Where is our data?
Each customer gets its own isolated environment and database. Your own systems stay the source of truth until you decide otherwise. More in Built-in trust.
Which systems do you work with?
See the Works with list. If yours isn't there, talk to us.
What kind of business is Anodyne for?
Businesses that run on a mix of systems, like an ERP, a CRM, accounting software and spreadsheets, and want to modernize without a big-bang switch. Every implementation is shaped around how that business works. See examples on the Automations page.
What does it cost?
It depends on your systems and workflows. Talk to us.
